Hi! I’m Dr. Mark Tall — founder of Crestwood Dental and a proud provider of family-friendly dental care in Idaho Falls, ID.
After years of serving the community, Dr. Mark Tall opened Crestwood Dental to provide a more personalized, comfortable, and patient-focused approach to dental care.
I’ve spent my career helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. Crestwood Dental was designed from the ground up to eliminate the stress of going to the dentist. From the moment you walk in, everything is centered around you and your comfort. To me, dentistry is about more than teeth - it's about people. I take the time to listen, explain, and tailor every treatment to fit your individual needs. Whether it's a routine cleaning or a full smile makeover, I believe everyone deserves care that's gentle, honest, and delivered with compassion.

Teena, RDH-Registered Dental Hygienist
With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Teena brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to every patient interaction. A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist, she has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve healthier smiles while making them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
Throughout the years, Teena has built strong relationships with patients of all ages by focusing on education, prevention, and personalized care. She is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and commitment to helping patients understand the importance of good oral hygiene as part of their overall health.
When not chairside, Teena enjoys staying current on the latest advancements in dental hygiene through continuing education courses and professional development. She takes great pride in mentoring and teaching at South East Idaho Dental Assisting, a dental assisting school she started to help share her passion in the dental career with others who want to get into the profession.
Outside the dental office, Teena enjoys spending time with family, gardening, traveling, and is proud to call South East Idaho home.
Crystal - Business & Marketing Manager
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, Crystal brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, administrative expertise, and strategic marketing insight to the practice. Her journey began as a dental assistant, where she quickly developed a passion for patient care and a deep understanding of how a dental office functions from the ground up.
Driven by a desire to make an even greater impact, Crystal advanced into roles in office administration and business management, ultimately becoming a trusted leader behind the scenes. Today, she oversees the day-to-day operations, ensures seamless patient experiences, and manages all aspects of marketing and practice growth.
Known for her attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and commitment to excellence, Crystal is passionate about helping the team deliver high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. Her extensive experience across all facets of the dental office makes her a vital part of both the clinical and business success of the practice.
Outside the dental office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her boys, camping, softball, and hockey.
